Kait grew up in the Cotswolds, and moved to London at the age of 16 to study drama at the Academy Drama School. After completing the course, Kait began to work in fashion to support her career as an actress and was awarded several promotions with Faith Footwear, eventually becoming the youngest retail manager in the country. She then went on to secure a place on the post graduate course at The Drama Centre London, to further her knowledge and credibility as an actress.

After graduating it was not long before Kait’s talent was spotted and she was chosen for a new presenting job as Fashion Reporter on Richard and Judy.

Her talent was soon picked up again and Kait was offered a role as the anchor at talkSPORT TV, reporting on the days’s sporting action and interviewing on-air guests. Kait also pitched a winning idea for a sports and show-biz based weekly slot to the programme controllers of talkSPORT Radio.

TalkSPORT became the turning point for Kait’s career, reporting at many events including 'The Johnny Walker Championship' at Gleneagles for 'The Back 9,' 'Golfbug TV' and 'The Renault Twingo test.' She also became Arsenal TV’s presenter for 'Arsenal Today' presenting daily summaries on the club and team and went on to work for 365 Media Group, covering news on football, golf, poker, Formula 1 and rugby.

Kait recently took time out to become a mother and has come back to television glowing with radiance. She was selected as a key face for Sky Sports Online and has been exploring her journalism talent through a weekly piece based on one of that week's big stories. A keen sportswoman, she can be found on the pitch training with the woman’s F.A coaching team and can currently be seen on SkyBet Daily and Sky Sports News presenting online news reports.
